Sales & Marketing

As a partner in global recruitment for our clients (both large Japanese and foreign companies), you will be responsible for providing consulting services to help them solve their human resource challenges. You will provide a wide range of support for the globalization of the client's business, from research and analysis to strategy development, recruitment support, on-boarding, and settling-in support, by not only solving their needs but also identifying their latent needs. As a consultant, you will be required to travel overseas multiple times a year with clients.

Job Description

Global human resources recruitment consulting for governments, companies and universities

Understanding of recruitment issues and future needs, proposing and implementing solutions to those issues

Propose and implement a communication strategy for job seekers

Management of internal projects in multiple countries

Must have experiences

A desire to take a leadership role in transforming individuals, organizations, and society.

Sales experience

At least 3 years' experience in team management for managers and above

Good to Have

Consulting and sales experience in the business-to-business or human resources industries

Strong logical thinking skills.

At least business-level English

If you are fluent in the language, you may be assigned to an overseas office after a few years.

Salary

Manager: Annual salary of 7-8.5 million yen or more per year

Assistant Manager: Annual salary 5-6 million yen per year

Associate: 3.5 to 5 million yen per year

*Final decision will be made after the interviews and consideration of your previous work.

Hours

9:00-18:00 (1 hour break, 10:00-15:00 as the core time with a flex system)
