We are developing Internet services for Japanese language education and direct recruiting. I would like to provide the platform necessary to provide the happiness of working and living in Japan through the internet.

We are taking on the challenge of becoming a global recruiting leader not only in offline businesses but also in online businesses. I have to be aware of the global market and users, so I have a hard time thinking in that way and also learning languages, but I feel it is very rewarding to be able to experience and feel the growth.

There are many global members in this development team, and 80% of them from outside Japan. This means we have to change not only the language but also the management style. However, since we are a company, we have to produce output properly. I have to think about diversity, develop the members' careers, check the progress at daily project meetings, give them straight instructions, and do everything in English. I am still not confident that I am doing these well, but I am feeling the growth of myself step by step in this difficult environment.

As for products, we would like to contribute to our business by taking the No.1 market share in the market we have established. To this end, I would like to continue to challenge not only language skills but also in business and technical aspects.

I am a member of the service platform development team developing new Internet services.

I came to Japan from India in 2014. At Fourth Valley, we develop APIs and connect from the front end to the back end database, and we are involved in the development of many services using AWS. When I joined the company, I was told that I would create the services from scratch and I was interested in it, so I decided to join the company.

I want to make people's lives easier while developing a high-quality platform that users can use. It is difficult to develop a service from scratch, but we have a lot of experience in various fields.

I think that this experience has made me more able to contribute to Japan and my home country, and it has become my own motivation. Everything is difficult at first, but I think it is possible to achieve the goal with patience, continuous learning and contribution.
I want to share my experiences with other people and learn new things from them, and create a platform that everyone can be proud of.

There are good points and bad points no matter where you are. I think it would be good if you keep an idea that you can learn from the good points and return it to your country.
