Sales and Marketing, Connect Job Consulting Division /General Manager

Corporate Planning, Corporate Division/Associate

"I wonder why I'm doing this job." I decided to join Fourth Valley because I wanted a job that gave me a convincing explanation to this question. I wanted to do a worthwhile job, not because of money.

Also, the Founder and CEO of our company, Shibasaki, has been an acquaintance of mine since college, and I always thought this company was interesting. I also always thought, "I want to do something about Japan for its future. I have to do something about it.".

I am in the position of corporate planning where we conduct global marketing analysis, raise issues, make policy proposals to the government, and so on, but I am in a position to support the whole company by cooperating with various departments, keeping in mind the horizontal connection.

We try to support each department from the bottom, instead of throwing our strategy from the top. Our CEO is a man of ideas. I think those who can put those ideas into specific and actual plans and practices in our daily work, understanding the significance of our company, would be a great fit for this team.

As for our business, I believe that our company is actually doing something that can directly contribute to the establishment of a society where everyone can live in harmony.

The best thing about our company is that we want to contribute to creating a multicultural society where we can live together, make Japan better, and do something about the declining birthrate and aging population ... We can really do big things!

I feel that our employees are excellent. I think that many of them join the company because they sympathize with the company's philosophy and vision. I want to work with people who share the same vision with our company, those who wish to make people in Japan and the world happy. Let’s do meaningful work with a big purpose!

This department is responsible for analyzing the market surrounding recruitment of foreign human resources and immigration, and also acquiring businesses from central and local governments and public sectors.

When I was looking for a job, I originally had a vague axis of "I would like to improve Japanese society from the field where I can get down to earth and have a problem awareness.". While I was in graduate school, I studied in the Netherlands and Spain, and as I experienced my own life as a foreigner in different countries, I became more motivated to create a society in which everyone can live happily, regardless of nationality or origin. Fourth Valley, supports the recruitment and settling-in of foreign human resources. It was exactly what I wanted to do, so I decided to join

To explain my current work in more detail, I use the results of market analysis to make various proposals to central and local governments as well as other public sectors concerning the systems and businesses related to recruitment and settling-in of foreign human resources. It aims to solve the problems faced by Japan as a whole and specific regions, such as labor shortages and declining economic power, by accepting foreign human resources.

This position is recommended for those who like to think deep and dig into things, those who have strong logical thinking ability, and those who have a strong desire to make the world a better place.

I look forward to working with you!
